Collection: Galaxie

Galaxie shares similar features to Elektron, especially in the construction of the R and K. Almost a stencil, it is based on an extended rectangle with curved sides, and was indirectly inspired by Aldo Novarese and Alessandro Butti’s Microgramma for Nebiolo, 1952. Microgramma was used extensively on science fiction shows like UFO and 2001: A Space Odyssey, and with that pedigree has become indelibly linked to a futuristic 1960s optimism, something Galaxie also aspires to evoke.
