Collection: Urbane Rounded

Urbane Rounded is a curved, friendly version of Urbane, a versatile all-purpose sans-serif family of six weights plus italics. Urbane is a versatile all-purpose sans-serif family of seven weights plus italics. It explores the same idea-space as early geometric modernist sans such as Futura, Vogue, Spartan and Tempo, with Futura’s classic single-story a and alternative forms for the R, r and t. Unlike its predecessors, Urbane has a contemporary high x-height which affords it an even colour in running text, and slightly condensed bowls that allow for visually even letter widths. Suitable for both headlines and text. Includes a full international character set, lining, tabular and old-style numerals.

Urbane Rough is a distressed version of Urbane, giving it an urgency and immediacy reminiscent of photo copied flyers or inky printing.

Urbane Adscript is a monoline, semi-linking script family with weights that match the Urbane family. The capitals come in two or three variants that can be chosen from the Opentype panel according to taste.
