Collection: Warminster

Warminster is a subtly-flared, almost monolinear design with roots in the English signwriting tradition and early modern sans serifs. The form of the G, the flat-topped 3 and the angled central horizontal on the e are characteristic aspects, as is the vertical-sided M, reminiscent of Gill or Device’s Ministry. Whilst appreciatively nodding towards heritage, Warminster is an entirely fresh design, rationally arranged over six weights, a condensed, and a series of decorative shaded and inline variants. The italic features cursive forms, especially the lowercase a, g and e. The full family provides a range of weights suitable for both headline and text. Also includes old-style numerals, alternative rounded E, &, a straight-legged R, and a selection of ligatures that provide opportunities for custom headlines and logotypes.
